Sapphire Dragons reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason. The terms and conditions below are subject to change at any time when necessary.

We ship using Fed Ex Priority Overnight shipping. We guarantee live next day arrival of your animal. If temperatures are above 90 degrees in your area we must arrange pick up at local fed ex hub. Your animal will be held at hub and must be picked up same day of arrival, we do not guarantee live arrival if picked up after the day it was delivered. In any rare case of animal arriving deceased, we must be notified within 30 minutes of package being delivered. A Delivery stamp time is show once animal has been delivered. Pictures must be sent to us directly via email. You must not dispose of deceased animals until further instructed. If any condition above is not met our terms will be void and you will not receive a refund or new animal.

GAURANTEE 

Sapphire Dragons provides a 14 day guarantee of the health of your animal after you receive it. However, This guarantee is only valid if proper care is met and is followed by our care sheet. It is expected as a new dragon owner that you have done your research on the care and welfare of your new animal to meet their needs. If standards are believed to be unmet we will ask for pictures of your reptiles setup along with any supplements given to further instruct you on proper care. We do not recommend housing your new bearded dragon with others as it needs to settle in and go through its quarantine and precautions. If you have any worries or concerns about your new animals health please reach out so we can take proper steps to ensure its health. 

Sex of dragons are not gauranteed. We will give you our most accurate readings on sex but when dragons are younger than 3 months it can be very hard to be certain. Sometimes surprises can happen.
